Welcome aboard MFP! A chance meeting on a flight to a trade show between Modoc’s pharmacist (Phil) and our owner (Amanda) has led to an exciting new partnership. Modoc Family Pharmacy is deeply rooted in their local community and strives to offer their customers with quality, American-made products they can count on. So Railroad Sock is the “perfect fit”, with not only specialized medical socks (such as our Health Trak line), but everyday wear as well.

This May, Railroad Sock hit the links with support for our local community by sponsoring holes at a couple charity golf tournaments.
First off , we continued support for one of our favorite charities, the Love Fund for Children. Along with many other generous donors and sponsors, over $83,000 was raised to support underprivileged youth across Kansas City with critical items like clothing, hygiene products, school supplies, beds, medical equipment and more.
The Railroad Sock also sponsored a hole for our local high school’s booster club (Lee’s Summit North). Their annual golf tournament helps raise money for various student organizations & college scholarships.

“Factory Seconds”, also known as “irregulars”, are brand-new socks sold at a discount due to minor cosmetic flaws caused during the manufacturing process. This could be anything from a missing stitch to a small snag, that are visually not up to our normal quality standards. However, they have been inspected to ensure the integrity of the sock is still there. We call them “Irregularly Perfect” because they allow us to provide premium socks at discounted rates to our customers, while keeping them out of landfills. It's truly a win-win!
